We are looking for ServiceNow developer for our vast US customer. It is one of the world’s largest suppliers of hardware, software, and IT services. The development team for this customer spreads across the globe with representatives based in Ireland, Canada, and the USA. The primary team locates in Atlanta, USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and development on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

  • Administration and development skills – in particular with the ITIL module and REST APIs.
  • Experience with an initial setup of Incident, Problem and Change objects.
  • Ability to create from scratch and maintain existing script includes, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, scripted/advanced ACLs and other primary ServiceNow artifacts.
  • Experience with deployment procedures – both Update sets and Scoped applications approaches are required.
  • Able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.

The Application of EVELOPERS was nominated for the contest ‘Project of the Year’

Work this fall for our customers is so intense that there is not enough time to share the achievements of our company.

We would like to share the good news, one of the applications we are developing for the customer in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, the key task of which is to automate and optimize the work of the HR Department of the customer was nominated for the contest “Project of the year” in the category “Best management project”. We would like to thank the project team for the professionally performed work in a short time.

Upon implementation, about 20 workplaces were automated, but the key achievement is that our system allowed to fully consolidate the flow of active and archival vacancies of the company in one place, as well as to unify and simplify work with potential candidates for positions in the customer’s company. As a result, with the help of our solution, the speed of the customer’s HR Department has increased significantly and allowed us to focus more on the candidates themselves, instead of the stage of manual processing and comparison of data on all applicants for vacancies of the company.

The meeting of the Russoft consortium was held in the office of the company Evelopers

The meeting of the Russoft consortium russoft.org, uniting 155 IT companies in the Russian Federation, was held in St. Petersburg at the office of the company Evelopers on August 14, 2019.

The meeting was timed to the fifteenth anniversary and dedicated to accepting new members at Russoft, as well as to issues of expanding cooperation with large domestic and foreign customers.

The meeting was attended by about thirty representatives of leading IT companies in Russia, who shared the results of their work, forecasts for the future, and discussed the most acute problems of the today’s IT market.

The development of a “single sign-on” in IT services for project work was completed

One of our project teams had been done a huge work onto integration whole new SSO service to several projects for one of our customers. The main idea was to forget about basic authorization and start routing user to authorize using one service to the multiple services.

Implementaion was done with using JBoss KeyCloack as the SSO service and master-data service which stores unique role based rights for each application. As emergency way of authorization final implementation has apportunity to authorize via basic auth if SSO service will be down or unreachble. The whole work demanded about two weeks and now it’s in production use and customer is fully satisfacted.

Updated application for visualization of experiments on the structure of molecules

During the short month of May due to Russian national holidays our front-end and UI/UX team have done huge work of full redesign and rethinking use-cases of the application that belongs to analyzing plain data that is collecting from the results of experiments on chemical molecules. The key goal was to improve the user experience with the application and to reduce the number of necessary user interactions to obtain the final result.

An excellent assessment for the result was received from functional customers upon application demo after completion the redesign phaze and successfully done rethinking several functional blocks of the application. The application was put into production at the beginning of June and continues evolution at the moment.

Bringing renewals forecasting calculations into Salesforce.com

EVELOPERS rolled out the final version of a renewals forecasting calculator for one of its US-based customers.
The company, whose product provides and builds customer data infrastructure, has got tens of thousands of active clients and needed a transparent process to track monthly & quarterly actuals and forecasts for all of their managed and unmanaged accounts.
The current forecasting process was done by regular exporting all the actual sales information from Salesforce and importing it into Excel spreadsheets for further calculations.
EVELOPERS built a whole new data structure in its customer’s Salesforce instance to support weekly forecasting calculations, their storage and version control. Besides that, we created several Visualforce pages allowing users to see all the relevant information, up-to-date real-time forecasting based on the SFDC data, and to do the inline editing of all the data used in the forecasting.
Bringing the forecasting module inside EVELOPERS’ customer’s Salesforce instance made a massive saving in weekly effort spent on exporting the reports and calculations. Overall, launching this application saves now up to 250 hours of manual work every week.

CRM redesign for largest full-cycle biotechnology company was completed

In record time, the developers and business analysts of EVELOPERS completed a great deal of work on the complete redesign and rethinking of the functionality of the CRM system, which has been developed since 2016 for one of the company’s largest customers.

In just two months, the project team successfully completed the task of fully redesigning and transferring the client side of a multifunctional application to another technological platform.

The company’s developers managed to completely rewrite the front-end part of the system with AngularJS + Material Components on REACT + Redux, while significantly improving the UX system. A good addition to the new UI was the new approach in design: in the new interface, we were able to support the global trend for a two-color scheme (dark and light).

The launch into productive use of the system has been appointed for the near future, we are counting on a positive user response and reducing the time for managing tasks within the company. We hope that the new system interface will help users focus on strategic tasks and spend less resources on operational activities.
